  • This place is horrible. We checked in yesterday and when we were just checked out now we looked at the bill and they charged us for overnight valet. We did not have a car. We just called them and they were very rude. Told us it will take a week before they can reverse the charge. That's ridiculous for a mistake you made. Last night it was so loud in the hallway. There were people yelling , laughing, screaming and running up n down the hall at 3am. I will never stay here again or any W hotels for that matter.
