  • Let me start by saying that nobody's perfect. In a world where the customer is always right you cannot fault people working at a dealership for empty promises. It's not their fault they're trained that way; making up answers when they haven't any. I subtracted 1 star because I was misinformed on at least one occasion the night of my purchase. I called them on it immediately, voiced my distrust and questioned every statement thereafter. Typical experience aside, my sales agent, Carlos, was very helpful in many ways during my selection process. He was very easy to work with and able to answer questions about features and options. My overall experience from start to finish was unlike any other. The process was straight forward and relaxed, as if nobody was on commission if you get my drift. It's very likely that I will be returning on a future date to purchase from this establishment as long as they continue to provide service of this quality. In closing, I'm not easily impressed by dealerships and the fact that I have reviewed this one says a lot!
