its not that bad!
usually people rather make a review of a bad service just to expose a bussines. In this case i will talk to you about the good things and where this hotel has opportunities to improve its service. Because the time we had to stay in it was a short notice reservation in a very bussy time in vegas. they where the only affordable hotel for our group that we had found at hotels.com. The building has so much potential and a better location than the other boutique hotel in town. The decoration is modern and very fun if you come with young people youll enjoy selfies. And the pool area its nice. the downfall here was when i got my room it smelled like smoke (it was the cheapest room) and i had to request for an upgrade to frontdesk. It was a problem because they had change shift and i had to explain my whole situation and fix it once the issue was clear.But the staff in the lobby seemed tired of getting this demanding complains over and over. By the time i got my new upgraded room i get to see the potential of this place. The room had nice furniture, bed was made, modern shower and a balcony (wich us as customers should use it to smoke because the rooms are non smoke). I get to solve your problem serene. is your cleaning staff. I honestly suggest you to supervise how is your cleaning staff working. Because in first instance if they had clean well the first room it wouldnt keep smelling like smoke. And in my upgraded room i had grab a magazine and it had some chew gum in the cover. Plus i like my linens to smell fresh. Meaby somr febrezze will cover up. Because i think nothing can beat up a comfortable clean place. Check those housekeepers!
