  • First time going to Active Green + Ross in my area on Friday afternoon. It has been almost 7 years since I got my all season tires with my car and it was time for some ones. The ones I have are practically bald! I go inside and was greeted by Stephanie at the desk. She had that salesperson's appeal and was most definitely multi-tasking. I had done some research from the Active Green + Ross website and knew that they had the Yokohama Avid ENvigor tires on sale. She gave me a breakdown of the full service to switch my winter tires with the new tires on my car and how much it would cost. Stephanie had the knowledge about when they would be in. I have my amazing mechanic in Mississauga so I told her that I would just want the tires straight. She was fine with the answer. Put a $100 deposit and she let me know she would call me when they came in and would give the $60 mail-in-rebate as the Yokohama tires were on special until May. I was very happy about this. Monday morning at 10 AM sharp, Stephanie calls me to tell me that my tires arrived. I arrive at the shop and she says hello. Dan cashes me out and gives me the Yokohama rebate. I go on over to the side and he hands me the tires to put in my car. Good service and I would most definitely return in the future if needed.
