  • Water was leaking when we returned from vacation last weekend. Called American Home Shield and they gave me CNJ. I immediately looked up references on them and wasn't very happy to say the least. Called back AHS to get another plumber...this time I said "A" listed. They assured me CNJ would be dependable (after speaking to our saleman who sold us the policy years ago) and please trust them. He said he was aware of the negative publicity. Well, we had to rely on them. They came out (Brandon...licensed plumber and associate) ascertained it was definitely 'gone' and couldn't be fixed by parts (not all water heaters that leak are shot, apparently ) and proceed to order the same AO Wilson 75 gallons Pro Max. This was Monday and by Thursday, as expected, they were on time and installed the water heater. We have no complaints.
