  • I've been a patient at this practice for two years; although each appointment occurred at a different point in time, their patient care/customer service has been consistently poor. In my most honest, unbiased opinion it disappoints me to say that Dr. Sophy Feng has TERRIBLE bedside manner. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, you can tell she's educated and knowledgeable about what's she's doing but it's undoubtedly clear she is a rude doctor. In 9/10 appointments, she had rushed, cut me off and wouldn't let me throughly explain my symptoms and problems. She genuinely lacks empathy, which is not a valuable trait to have being a professional obstetrician and gynecologist. Patient care goes a long way, and that's a significant trait she painstakingly lacks. I would like to give Dr. Elena Langdon a try because she is the partner OBGYN in that practice and I've heard very good things about her. There are letters from her patients and pictures of the babies she delivered all over the walls. If you're reading this, good luck!
