I have had both good and bad experiences at Satin. With the high staff turnover, its like going to the same hair salon and getting a new person each time. I had two providers I loved but they both left. I tend to be a loyal customer to places because I like the people who provide the service. The lack of consistency in providers contributes to inconsistent treatments. When the provider is good, I get my money's worth but, again, with the staff turnover, its a gamble. The customer service on the whole is not good. I have called to confirm appointment times only to be told that the machine was broken and they could not perform my service. I was grateful I called the day before or I would have wasted my day. I went to another appointment this weekend to realize they had booked me with a provider I had specifically asked not to ever have perform my services. On a previous occasion, this provider had given me incorrect information which led to me leaving work for a scheduled treatment I could not have. Its been several days since the last incident and no contact from the owner/manager to apologize for their booking error and the inconvenience to me. To me, that says how they value their customers' time and business. On a positive note, the treatments I received with the previous providers were good. Not yet ready to give up on this place, but not too far from switching.
