I went in for a simple oil change, which was done on time as promised. However, after I got home and reviewed the invoice I noticed they put in the wrong grade oil. When I called and questioned them they said their "program" shows both 5W20 and 5W30 could be used. This is somewhat true depending on engine size. They used 5W20 which according to my owners manual and other service stations is not the correct blend. I'm not sure what "program" they're looking at. The oil fill cap even states 5W30 on it. Use of an unauthorized oil blend could void manufacturer warranty. They did offer to replace it with the correct blend, although I'm not sure if it was to be n/c. I decided it would be best to take my business elsewhere
