  • I needed to change the locks on a new house and Jeff was great! I was able to make a next day appointment. He called to let me know that he was stuck in traffic due a closed road and called again to let update his ETA. Communication was excellent! He did a great job with the locks and went out of his way to repair two door jambs to make them close easier. I wouldn't have thought the door jamb repair was even part of his job, and he didn't even charge extra for the work. It's clear he takes pride in doing a quality job. He spent the time to make sure the job was done right. He was friendly, personable and the price was very reasonable. I've never written a review before, but Jeff deserves to get a great one. He should give lessons to others in the service industry!
