Gaucho is always packed! The food is delicious given everything is firewood charred. You wait in line to order before sitting, so it's a great place to go with friends. I ordered papas al horno (oven roasted red potatoes with whole garlic cloves and fresh rosemary) as a side, and it does not disappoint. It's extremely flavorful and goes well with the free side dips as well. I also ordered camarones to share (cast iron seared shrimp with rosemary, garlic and lemon), which the searing of the garlic and lemon really brings out the flavor. The bondiola sandwich (roasted pulled pork, spicy mustard & caramelized onions) was also good, but the flavor is lighter in comparison to the I other dishes. My personal favorite was the cordero (wood-fired New Zealand lamb chops done with grilled lemon, toast and fresh tossed salad). The lamb chops were well charred and the added berries as topping to the lamb was perfect.
