No showed on me twice. First scheduled to come out last week Tuesday between 10-12:00. After waiting around all morning I reached out at 11:45 to see if he was still coming, only to be told that he was stuck in Reno and his flight had been delayed. I get delays, totally understandable. What I don't get is the complete lack of communication with a customer. He obviously knew he wouldn't make it. Ok, so we reschedule for this morning (Monday), he promised he would be here at 8:00. It is now 9:151, zero calls or messages, which I'm guessing means he forgot again. Both days were days off for me as well, and I can't tell you how much I love having my free time wasted by a "professional" not showing up when they've made a commitment to do so. I would rather pay double the price to someone who will at least show up when they say they are going to, and if they cannot make it at least have the professional courtesy to communicate with the customer.
