  • A two plus hour wait in the lobby upon first visit. Seems this is the norm, but it''s not okay folks. Staff is pleasant,as they should be. Doctors are pleasant, answered my questions and were professional. Again, as they should be. But come on. A TWO HOUR wait to be seen for the first time. Folks, this alone is a problem. Staff needs to schedule accordingly. Personally, I would rather come in another day and NOT wait so d*** long. I mean seriously, unlike myself, some people have a life, jobs, children, bills to pay, other appointments. Oh, and that Phoenix magazine they have on display that touts this business as one of the best doctors in the Valley might want to edit their review to include something about 'such great docs in high demand means you're gonna have a long wait." Thankful for magazines to flip through, tv to distract me briefly and enough battery power to sustain the excessively l o n g wait. Now where's an outlet? I need to plug in.
