Update, well I have to add a huge disappointment as I spent the time with the Manager to get my items sooner, half was delivered one day, the rest was supposed to be the next day.
Unfortunately, the first delivery went very well, the guys were awesome putting the appliances in place. The reset was to be delivered yet when they called - somehow the manager put my old address on the second half. Needless to say, now my delivery date is past the original date that was scheduled in the first place. I did ask for them to call me back- and I did not get any response.
yeah, stupid mistake, and it could happen to anyone however, why would you change the address on the delivery ?
I am disappointed that I did not get a call back from the manager like I asked. Especially when this was the original problem in the first place.
