  • Have had my 2016 Tahoe serviced here since purchasing it last March. Oil changes take almost 2 hours and this last week we had an awful time trying to get my motor mounts replaced (under warranty). My husband had the truck diagnosed weeks ago, scheduled an appointment for last Thursday to have the work done, and they didn't have the parts. We left the vehicle there and got a call Friday late afternoon saying they had just received the parts, couldn't get it fixed and would be closed ALL weekend for Memorial Day. We left the truck still and when my husband tried to call on Tuesday to ensure they'd complete the work, he was told twice that the work was done, and the truck ready to pick up. Went to pick it up today (Wednesday) and the motor mounts had not been replaced, was told parts wouldn't be in for a week and then told that "we didn't hear from you" so we didn't do anything. I will NEVER set foot on their property again - and will take my Tahoe elsewhere to be serviced.
