This place is somewhat puzzling to me. It's located right on Pitt's campus as a slightly more upscale option alternative to the homogenous wasteland of Forbes Avenue. It gets very busy for the late night pizza, along with any time the sun makes it through the clouds (~50 days a year). Overall, it's just overpriced and the food is usually either dry or unauthentic depending on what you get. The service isn't bad, but $13-14 for a small pizza is. On top of that, they have their own bee hives on top of the restaurant for homemade honey. This makes sitting outside an actual challenge and the amount of bees is sometimes frightening.
