Being from Chicago, I wanted to try this place out. Saw some less than great Yelp reviews and wasn't sure we should go. Decided to try it and showed up Saturday night with 7 people. Very busy, but they put two tables together in a couple minutes and we were seated. Immediately someone had to use the bathroom and I remembered a review that said they did not have one. That is NOT correct, they have bathrooms.
So a busy restaurant with a table of 7 and we all wanted to try something, but wanted changes to almost everything. This was no problem and everything we ordered came out fairly quickly and correctly. Guido delivered some of the dishes and wanted to know where we were putting everything. Told him we wanted to try everything and we would do it family style. He even offered to split them in the kitchen but we just had him put everything in the middle of the table.
We had pasta with homemade sausage, salads, pizza, and broasted chicken. Everything was very good. Not the best pizza in the valley but in the top 10. Sausage was perfect. For desert, the huge chocolate cake and cannoli's (pistachio and chocolate chip). A small fight broke out at the end for who was going to get the last bites.
Service was great. Very friendly. We will be back.
Guido came outside when we left and asked how everything was and to thank us for coming in. Nice touch.
