  • Yes.. Terrible is too nice of a word in describing this complex! I moved in a month ago the unit was not cleaned or, movein ready. The carpets were dirty not vacuumed or shampooed,bathrooms were just as the past tenants left them.. (with remnants showing )eww. I had two wonderful shoe prints on my ceiling. I've found roaches in my apartment over and over. I've complained had a scheduled pest control come out which I never witnessed. I doubt it was done with efficiency.. because them roaches were still walking about like they owned the place!! My upstairs neighbors have at least 12 people living in a 2bedroom which I can hear them at all hours banging and being inconsiderate. I've had maintenance workers walk into my unit without my permission to enter more than once... It's a total mess and lack of management skills. This place needs to be fully exterminated and refurbished. Mr.Johnathan Fore has plenty of money to fix this property and make it more liveable for the people that have been loyal residents!! Shame on you Fore Property LLC, Fore Property management company
