  • As mentioned in other reviews, I am left with an incomplete job. I was not present during the actual work as no specific time was scheduled and I provided them access to the yard. I communicated w/ Katherine (who seems to run the show) and Keith directly over the course of 4 weeks, all to no avail! Kept being promised that they would show up to complete the work but a full month later and there is no resolution. Hoping my credit card dispute will resolve the issue. Keith is very nice but the follow-through is nonexistent and unacceptable. Bummer...
