  • If you've ever questioned a 5-star review and wondered whether it was the real deal, you don't have to worry about that with I Clean Carpets. I trusted all the Yelp reviews and couldn't be happier with the results. You deal with Rob 100% of the time - there is no receptionist or middle-man that brokers his time. You speak with Rob directly every single time (except when he's cleaning someone else's carpets!) Messages are returned within the as-promised 24-hour window and scheduling is a breeze. Rob's professionalism shines while onsite as well. Nothing is done without your consent and he makes sure to take care of your house like it were his own. I have priced out other carpet cleaners in the area (who don't have 5-star reviews) and they were actually more expensive than I Clean Carpets. Even if Rob were a bit more expensive, I would still call him again. Thankfully, his prices are fair and he does a superb job. In fact, we're having him come out again this Friday. I don't think I'll be calling anyone else to clean our carpets!
