  • I was excited to try a new ramen place in town. I figured, it's new so they are still hungry to impress. I was not impressed (1) our bowls seemed to lack broth (2) I asked for extra noodles and expected it in my broth, but got it cold and stuck together like a ball on the side (3) we ordered a chicken charshu bowl. They gave it to us in a single rice bowl topped with chicken charshu. At least put it in a bigger bowl! I was forced to ask for an extra bowl so it was easier to eat. I gave them 3 stars because service was fast and they always checked on us when they passed by. I mean, we were 1 of 3 parties I would be afraid to come if they were busy. Nonetheless, I went to meet friends for dinner and it was nice company. It's on the other side of town for us, so we may never go back given we pass so many other ramen places much worthier. I think this place will do okay given their location.
