| - I've lived here for close to a year now. Great location, brand new everything, friendly staff, but I've had too many issues with their management that I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends.
- I'm the first tenant living in this apartment, yet I came home one day to a leaking ceiling that flooded my kitchen. It took them several days to fix it. Now my ceiling lamp is rusted and there's still visible damage on the ceiling wall. That was not the real issue. The real issue was, the leasing office offered to leave a gift in my apartment as an apology but I never received anything.
- Agree with previous reviews about the parking situation. After many complaints from tenants they agreed to offer more guest parking outside the gate on P1. Make sure you ask plenty of questions about parking before moving in.
- I'm extremely clean but had ants in my apartment. The leasing office agreed to bring pest control the following Tuesday but again, nothing happened till a week after. I should have at least gotten a notice and apology that service was postponed for whatever reason. Instead, when I asked them if my place was treated on Tuesday, they just blatantly lied and said yes. This kind of service is simply unacceptable.
- No screen allowed on any of the windows. I can't stand bugs so leaving the window open during the summer would be an issue.
- The frequency of having something broken is way too high (elevators, gym system, garage doors, etc), and it usually takes a long time to have anything fixed.
- I was randomly removed from the call box so when I had 20 friends over for dinner no one could get in. And everyone complains about how slow the elevators are. Everything here looks pretty nice on the outside, but they are definitely not the best technology/systems.
Again, I've been happy with the location and amenities, but there's a lot of room for improvement in their management and service.
