| - This shop is located on The Strip in front of the Monte Carlo (so not inside the casino). Very open space with and arcade in the back by the restrooms, the decor is very cute and reminds me of my college days with all the cows everywhere (I went to UC Davis). The right side of the display case has their sorbets/gelato, the middle has the baked goods, and the left has the ice cream. A good amount of tables both inside and outside, however I can see this place getting packed quickly during hot weather.

The Flight: ($10) Choice of 4 flavors
1 Scoop of Pink Grapefruit
The Flight is supposed to be only with the sorbet flavors but the gentleman helping me let me go ahead and pick some of the ice cream flavors as well. The flavors I picked were Watermelon-Jalapeño, Eggnog, Sambalatte Coffee, and Magner's Hard Pear Cider. I sampled quite a few but settled on those because they were the most unique. I didn't think I'd like the Watermelon-Jalapeño but you didn't really taste the jalapeño so much. The Pear Cider scoop was very light and refreshing and not too strong. Sambalatte Coffee is the brand of coffee that that use and has a strong coffee flavor but didn't keep me awake like the employee said it would. The Eggnog wasn't as strong as I would've liked, but still pretty good. My BF didn't really like any of the flavors I got so he got his own scoop. While his scoop was very refreshing and with chunks of grapefruit, unfortunately the chunks were frozen & nearly rock hard. He didn't like that too much.
Employees were very helpful and friendly. Definitely would come back to try more flavors.
