  • Last May, my parents threw me a graduation party at this place. We were very disappointed. After our event we called them with our complaints hoping they would compensate. They told us they would call back, but it has been a month and they never did. The facility was beautiful. We were elated, thinking we can recommend this event center to all our friends. It was the right size and space but that is all it is. We were told we would have access to the video projector and sound. It was something we needed when we were looking for a place, but when we were setting up NOTHING was working!! We were not able to play the videos we had prepared. I thought this was supposed to be a new facility! The employee didn't even know how to fix it. We ended up going home and using our own sound system. Another issue was one of misunderstanding. When we were looking to book it, one of the managers gave us a tour of the place and said we could set up as early as 1pm. We told them the event would start at 4pm. On the day of the event, we arrived at 3pm. There was no one at all. I thought they had forgotten about our event. I called and could not get in contact with anyone at all. Then a lady finally arrived at 3:30pm and I told her we were here for the graduation party. She told me that she can't open the doors to us because her shift hadn't started yet and that the tables were still not ready. We had the catered food out in the car waiting until she opened it. This added to our stress level knowing that the event started in less than an hour. It just seemed like they didn't care. I will not be recommending this place to anyone!
