  • For as along as I have been coming here, this particular day was so disappointing. The management an work crew has definitely went to crap. No good customer service skills at all. Workers in the window treating older people with way more respect allowing them to cut in front of everyone an the manager just allowing it,an when me an 10 others complain he does not speak 1 word. The workers are laughing like something was funny... Just pathetic. This casino has gone down hill. Definitely won't be coming back until they can get it together there. We all spend money so why the treatment is the way it is i dont know but it was enough to not come back.
