  • After installation the issues have begun. Careful when you let them install these, because now I have a HUGE pest problem with pigeons and Solar City has done little to nothing to fix it. I now have birds nesting under them and hanging all over the house and backyard since they were installed. They poo everywhere and have destroyed my roof and backyard, to the point where the HoA is complaining as well as neighbors. Solar City knows this is an issue with how they install them and dont install any mesh gate around the bottom?, why? Your guess is as good as mine. They told me they would have their sub contracted pest company come out and fix the problem, but it could take 30 - 45 days....its been 3 weeks already and the problem is out of control. In no world does it take 30 days to get a pest control company to your property to fix the issue YOU created Poor customer service, not worth the hassle. If this is not resolved quickly I will be taking them to civil court and having them remove the panels and pay for ALL damages they have created and let fester by their 30 - 45 days of negligence. Recommend going with a different company and also making sure they put up pest control while the panels are installed. A Common problem in Vegas, so avoid this company if you can because apparently they dont care to pay the pennies it takes to install the pest guard.
