  • These people are criminals and need to go to jail, because I was just robbed. I purchased the Pearl Package, costing a little over $19 w/tax. I got a glorified exterior wash. They spent less than 30 seconds vacuuming my car, none of the interior was wiped down and apparently the "baby powder" air freshener that comes with the Pearl Package is the same as the "dirty vacuum" scent. Or perhaps my sense of smell has been compromised. I guess it's possible I misunderstood the package I was purchasing.... I assume the only reason this place is still in business is because full service car wash facilities are sparse in the Madison area. At least the robbers were all friendly.
