  • We attended the home show last weekend and scheduled an appointment to have Nancy bid a job at our house. After scheduling the appointment, we were about to walk away, but she continued the conversation talking about being 66 yrs old and wishing she could retire. She then went on about having heat exhaustion the day before and that 2 of her employees were supposed to relieve her from the home show so she could bid a job. She claimed the people she was bidding the job for were friends of her and that it was going look unprofessional for her to show up late. The way she was talking was unprofessional. I did some research online and found some very poor reviews. We even found a complaint with the BBB and her response to the customer's complaint was to call them racist. You can find that review for yourself by searching the grout magician on the BBB website. Needless to say, I cancelled our appointment with her. I wasn't about to waste anymore time on her and I certainly wasn't about to waste our hard earned money on her either!
