  • Tried to bait and switch after we called in. Mark Kia said they had the Kia Soul plus in stock but after 3 hours of stalling ended up finding out they didnt have the car. (The salesman was really trying to push us to sign paperwork without seeing a physical car.) Shady practices and a waste of time. (They don't even give you bottled water lulz)
