  • I own and live at a property that is managed by Henderson Properties. Our water was turned off today for lack of payment according to the City of Charlotte Water department. We pay a monthly HOA fee that includes water and landscaping. We have been paying diligently since June 2016 when we purchased the condo. Our water should NOT be turned off due to lack of payment, but since that is handled by Henderson Properties, it is outside of our control. I would NOT recommend renting or buying a property managed by Henderson Properties. When contacting the rep about our water situation, I was given the run around and incorrect information. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this property management company.
