  • The deli girl wouldn't speak to me in English. I know this is a very french part of town but I'm visiting, spending money and trying to enjoy a new culture. The fact that I was being discriminated because I don't speak french makes me not want to visit places like this in Montreal, which I guess is their point when discriminating against Anglophones. Saddening because I honestly really love this city.
