  • Gave them one star only because I had to to post my review!!!!! This Co. has been a nightmare from beginning to end! They are unloading our stuff as I'm typing this. We just watched the 3 movers drop my husbands Snap On Tool box not once but twice. Needless to say it's destroyed!!! When I told the head mover that there was over $40,000 worth of tools in the box he smiled at me and said "wow tools are expensive huh". Also, almost every box is crushed on at least one corner. I'm so scared to open them. Insurance, you may be thinking! Sure for the bargain price of $800. Otherwise they'll cover like 20 cents a pound, but they have so many stipulations that for most stuff they won't even pay that. Please don't use this company!!!! Our quote was $3800 then AFTER they loaded our truck the price went to $7800!!! When we questioned it they said we could unload the truck ourselves or sign the contract. What can you do when u need to be out of a house that day??? They tell u one month free storage but if your stuff isn't delivered to your new address within the first month they charge you $500 a month even if it's only 1 day past the free 30 days!! Also we asked for our stuff to be delivered on the 10th of April, today is the 20th. They said we were lucky, that they actually have 18 BUSINESS DAYS after the date you ask for!!!!!! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!! LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
