  • I didn't know about a payment I was supposed to make thinking my insurance had covered it. I moved right as they sent me a payment slip thus I've never received it and the mail was returned back to them. They never once called, my number had never changed since for 10+ years and they also had a work number, they didn't call my work to get a new address. Basically, there was no attempt to try to "collect payment" from me. I'm furious because I had no idea until I check credit karma and found out it went to collections. If I had known, I would've paid it right away. Bad bad business.
