  • We utilized Mike's to install our Ring doorbell. We have had issues since the installation. When we called them to have them fix the issue, they were very no responsive and insisted they would charge us to come out and fix their issue. DO NOT use them!!! Terrible customer service!! My husband called Mike and spoke with him. He said he would come by but never did and never called back. We did some troubleshooting ourselves and found loose wires (one totally disconnected) we are going elsewhere to get our doorbell in working order
