  • This place has donated millions, yes literally millions of dollars to local charity in Las Vegas. All volunteer, all the time, 11-11 every day and -12 on Fridays and Saturdays. 365 a year with exception of Volunteer appreciation day when they open later in the early afternoon (if not at 11 AM). 25 years of charity, a brainchild of Tim Arnold and implemented by his giving wife, along with folks like the entire pinball community, local volunteers for decades like Ugly Mike, Hippy, So-Cool Sal, Otimus, Fistful of Matt, Mike Mess, Cory, Super Keith, Beth, and so many others I have either sadly forgotten, never met or are dead, or don't recall (sorry, my bad). Usually 250+ pinball machines with a desire of ~90+ working, 50 or so other games including classic video and rare old and new games. Leave the staff alone unless its *important*, use your common sense. Do NOT spend wastefully their time telling these folks about your pathetic roll of quarter childhood experiences that are not unique. Maybe purchase some games from their random inventory of priced games when available (not regularly.) Donate games if you have one that is crap or shine-o-la, they will take it and give you a donation sheet for tax credit (they need the parts from games to keep the stuff they have on the floor functional). Donate your time if you area proficient and able body, both in new, old and even just cleaning up each day (glass, floors, answer questions shielding the core from the visitors). Issue #1, get over yourself when you get into this place, just enjoy it. It will not last forever, nothing does. #2, if you can't get over yourself and the rules of the place, read rule #1 again and repeat. Its unique, its open 365/7 days a week, it donates all labor and money, ~80% goes to charity where ~19% goes to electricity and parts. If you can't get a digital boner with and about these facts, stop reading online reviews now and get some professional help immediately.
