Good luck getting anything if you purchase online for in store pickup. There seems to be issues with employees dealing with picking orders for pickup. Had something not handled properly so I contacted customer service. They proceeded to hang up on me twice and then refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. In the end they ended up cancelling the order and told me I was welcome to come in and purchase in store. Of course since the pick up order included a 15 percent off coupon, I would then have to pay full price to pick up the same order for which I had already been charged. Op manager at this store seemed unresponsive and this was the only option given. Will look elsewhere in the future. It is nice to see brick and mortar stores valuing their customers. It is getting easier to purchase things from just the large online mega retailer as they seem to at least care if they provide a good product to maintain happy customers.
