  • I loveeee Workman's Friend! I had my birthday celebration in January at Workman's Friend and this is one of those few places in Charlotte you can go in the afternoon or at night and still have an awesome time. It's my go to spot in Plaza Midwood. You need to try the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the Evelyn cocktail. Seriously, get it! Spicy Watermelon Cocktails anyone!!!!??? If you want to have a cozy romantic little date night make sure to get a table by the roaring fire.
