  • Awful. Dropped my camera for a cleaning 4 weeks ago. They initially misplaced my camera and could not find it. Went to pick up today and nothing was done to it since I had turned down an expensive firmware update. No update no cleaning? Waste of time. The left hand doesn't communicate with the right and the customer service ladies act like I'm an inconvenience. Never coming here again.
