Mario Batali is everywhere. Thankfully I'm a fan.
This is my second visit here, and an updated review is in order. I now give it a solid four stars.
The location and atmosphere are festive. Even though this is "make believe", you could drink yourself into believing you are among the great cathedrals in Venice.
Our party really enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs, shrimp linguini, and steak tagliata. The meatballs are made using beef brisket. The meat is seasoned well, and had a unique dense texture. The spaghetti and linguini pastas were outstanding. The pasta was cooked just right, and I would go back just for the pasta, The steak tagliata was another highlight. The steak was seasoned and tender, and I would recommend.
