Terrible service!! My car was in the shop due to the engine being recalled. Hyundai sent me to enterprise for a rental car while my car is being worked on and they would pay for it. I was picked up by Jordan who was friendly and started a conversation with me while we drove back to the branch. Jordan processed my information fast and we walked to the car, Jordan did not do a walk-through to check for damages with me and I DID NOT INITIAL THE CONTRACT FOR DAMAGES TO THE CAR. I called three hours later and informed them i saw a small crack on the windshield, the gentlemen over the phone said to drive back and we could do a walk-through. I get to the branch a 25 min drive from my house and Jordan walked out with me and stated that the crack was not there and that i would have to either pay for a new windshield or for it to be filled when i return the car in a week or two. I explained that it had to have been there and i had not done a walk-through with him and he replied with "that is because you were to busy on your phone" which was true, since i was still on the phone with Hyundai who was paying for the car. I still currently have the car with crack, i was not offered a different car or for them to fill the crack. So enterprise does not care that customers are driving in defective cars and i still have not done a walk through for damages to the car i currently have. I have contacted Hyundai who is helping tremendously and will be speaking with enterprise in the morning. I don't understand why Jordan decided to argue with me and not just fix the problem NOW and not have me driving around in a defective car. DO NOT GO HERE!!
