  • Avoid this business online and in-store! It's absolutely impossible to return anything here and the customer service is HORRID and flat-out UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner would blame everything on the customer and wouldn't even offer any solution to fix the problem. It's embarrassing that something as simple as common courtesy, correct customer service, and professionalism cannot be achieved at a place like this. Please avoid and go shop at your local Dick's or even Big 5 because at least those stores' employees went to kindergarten and learned how to TALK and WORK WITH other human beings!
