  • I know the store has been open for a few years now but had to share my thoughts. Long time Saks fan (their US counterpart at least) I've been to quite a few Saks in the US. Knowing how US retailers are known for presenting a sub-par version of their product I went with an open mind. SO much designer product is missing from bags to shoes to clothing. Good cosmetics section. Their shoe sales are okay but again just selling off their mediocre product. I was expecting a smaller scale offering of what has become of the Holt Renfrew location in Yorkdale. Heck, the old Holt Renfrew in Sherway was better IMHO. The store is rarely busy. Really don't know what people buy in there?! Service is good however the 2-3 times I've purchased anything since the store has been open. Pusateri's on the ground floor is great though!
