  • My first experience with country tire automotive, I called around 5pm in a bit of a pickle. I needed my wheel bearing looked at. I had gone to a near by brake shop only to get turned down as they were closing in an hour (even though i called ahead and they told me to come by)and was scared to drive my vehicle home. Pat was great to deal with on the phone and when I expressed my concerns he had me park my vehicle in the parking lot and put the keys in the drop. The next day pat had my vehicle fixed before I even finished work. He called me in the morning after assessing my car to explain what was wrong, what options he had for me, and how much it would cost (which was considerably lower then the estimates I had recieved from four other near by shops). After I agreed with the service, Pat called back a few hours later to let me know it was done. This was during the winter tire change season! After that, I was sold on this place. In the spring my headlight burnt out and to my surprise the electrical connection was fried. I called pat around noon on a weekday and he told me to bring it in asap. I dropped my car off before 1pm and had it back before 3pm. I have been back to get my brakes done and an oil change and the service never ceases to impress. Country Tire Automotive is next to none for customer service. I would highly recommend their services to anyone especially my friends and family.
