  • I love this place! Not just for their amazing cake balls, Bundt cakes and cupcakes, but for their service, too. First of all, their cake balls are delicious. I have brought them to many occasions and everyone has always raved about them. Every time. I like to get a variety of them so people can taste different ones. My only complaint is that I wish when you ordered a variety of them, they would create a label for the top of the box like some chocolate companies do so you remember which ones are which. It's not always easy to tell which is which. I can never remember what is what in the box. But other than that, they are always a hit. I have gotten them for my youngest daughter's birthday parties for several years now. Her friends always love them. They did my nephew's wedding favors in 2015 and I can't tell you how adorable the bride and groom cake balls were! They went out of their way to make sure they delivered them so carefully to the reception venue (yes, they deliver!) which was in Mentor (so quite a haul for them) and every one of them looked outstanding! Again, tons of complements. Just last week I called early Thursday morning to see if I could have 8 of the chocolate molten lava Bundt cakes put aside for me for my daughters birthday (she went with those this year instead of the cake balls!) and although it took some extra work on their part to make it happen, they had them for me by 5pm that day. It would have been easy for them to say they just didn't have them or just couldn't do it but they pride themselves on their customer service and always want to make their customers happy. They have just added a new line of vegan products to the store which is great because it's hard to find those items. I don't personally need them but it's good to know there is a place to go for them.
