  • Danny Phee swept into our lives after we had interviewed four other Realtors. He was hands-down the best of the best. Danny worked patiently with us as we put off selling our home for several months to better suit our future needs. He was diligent with the other realtors to work around our schedule and make certain that our needs were met. I believe one of the reasons that our home sold so quickly was because we followed the great instructions and lessons on home staging provided by Danny. We had an open house on a Saturday and received four great offers within four days. But Danny wasn't done with us yet! He continued to work with the buyers to work out a lease-back agreement that satisfied our need to stay in the home for two months after the sale. I cannot say enough good things about Danny as a person or as a realtor, he really does have his clients best interests at heart. Thank you Danny, from the bottom of our hearts!
