  • This is the worst experience I have ever had in a children's museum. We got 3 pogo tickets. And one somehow doesn't scan. Instead of honor the ticket, the woman "Shawn Schwiesow" was so rude, she won't let us in and trying to make me buy another ticket. She said it's only $14.50... we've already payed $40 each person and because of their machines problem, we have to be punished. And she made us step aside because we were in the way... Eventually we got into the museum, but while the kids play, I saw the manager whispering to other employees and they looked at our direction... I felt so uncomfortable, couldn't wait to take my niece and nephew to 2nd floor... and when the visit was FINALLY done, we were at the museum store... the Manager happen to just walked out from the room behind the store and she gave us the direst look... man. I really don't understand what have a I done that is soooo horrible to deserve being treated this way. Never coming back here again. A children's place with mean staff... not for me
