  • Review update for Coulter Buick GMC. Wow... after my first experience with this dealerships service department the service manager JD reached out to me personally to discuss what happened. I must say that JD stood up and took accountability for everything and really gave me the gold star treatment. JD had me bring my car back in to Coulter and even stayed after hours to check my vehicle in which he definitely did not have to do. My vehicle is currently being serviced at a fraction of the cost and was given a loaner while my vehicle is being serviced... did I mention that JD also threw in a free custom detail of my vehicle. I must say that in life we all make mistakes but it's nice to see a dealership service manager stand up and acknowledge the infraction committed. I want to personally thank JD and his crew for taking the time to make things right! Thanks JD!!
