  • This place was one of my first book marks I ever made when I first started yelpin, 5 years later and now as a gold elite, I finally have the chance to give this place a shot! Open 24 hours is a little bar that seats about 14 people inside of the Palace station Hotel. I came here at 1AM after the life is beautiful music festival and we waited a good hour before we were seated. I pretty much just sat on the ground and chilled on my phone until our time was up. When we got there, we ordered a dozen oysters (happy hour, $20 for a dozen huge oysters) and the house pan roast with an extra scoop of rice. Unfortunately, it took 30 minutes for the food to be made because there is literally 2 people working. It was cool watching it but at 2AM, I was just starting to fall asleep. The food was so amazing! The oysters were huge and really fresh. The chef shucks the oysters right in front of you and you can still taste the ocean in each slurp. Yum! Some of the best oysters I've had for the price. As for the pan roast, it was perfect for 2 people. A perfect blend of tomato and spices. It was seafood heaven in a bowl! Overall, was the one hour and half worth it? Heck yes! This place is freaking amazing and some of the best food in Vegas and that is saying somehting!
