  • I've had several bad experiences with Rollier's Hardware since the first time we walked in the door. We tried placing an order for some lamps several weeks ago. I was told that Rollier's would call when the lamps arrived. Three weeks later, I called only to find out that our order was never placed. Unbelievable. I wish that someone would have called to let me know what happened.
