  • I recently had body work done on my Honda Civic, there was a fair bit of work to be done. The customer service was excellent, from Neelam who was the first person I met, to everyone else I dealt with. I had the complete opposite experience to the person who gave such a bad review about Neelam. I got a call on a Friday to say the call would be ready next day at noon which was earlier than expected; Neelam called me back to say she had googled my address and they would pick me up at home. As it turned out, I received a call from one of the men working on the car to say whatever it was they had last done it was too soon to take it out in the rain that day and could I wait until Monday. This was not a problem for me and they picked me up at the subway station after work. The job they did was excellent, looks like new. They even shampooed the inside and it smelt like a new car. Certainly the cost was painful, but not a surprise given the cost of auto work in general wherever you. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and with the customer service I received. As for Neelam specifically, I couldn't disagree more with the other reviewer.
