Everything seem to work fine, staffs are pretty friendly, and old apartment are taken care of so they can still rent them out with relative cheap rate. However, the 6 month renewal notice is unreasonable. We like our apartment, but 1 month extension is all we get so it doesn't help graduating students with job searching or applying for future programs. I don't understand why "grad student needs to make plans early" = the need to renew early; it only matters if students will not renew. We only decided rent this place in May, and likely we can only decide in April / May again. So if this is so necessary for Forbes to renew lease so early, then prepare to move after graduation, whether you want to stay in Pittsburgh or not.
